2) The consistency of the steering gear decreases sharply after the bombing. The phenomenon is that the broken steering gear responds slowly and generates severe heat, but it can run with the command of the control, but the amount of the steering gear is very small and slow--------- ----Basic conclusion: the steering gear motor has overcurrent. After removing the motor, it is found that the motor no-load current is very large (>150MA), and it has lost its intact performance (the intact motor no-load current ≤60-90MA), change the steering gear motor .
3) After the bomber, the steering gear has no response after it hits the rudder --- It is basically determined that the electronic circuit of the steering gear is open, poor contact, or the steering gear motor and the driving part of the circuit board are burned. If it is caused, first check the wiring, including the plug, motor lead and steering gear lead, if there is any open circuit phenomenon, if not, remove one by one, first remove the motor to test the no-load current, if the no-load current is less than 90MA, then the motor Yes, the problem is definitely that the steering gear drive is burned out. There are 2 or 4 small patch transistors on the 9-13g miniature steering gear circuit board. Just replace it. If there are 2 transistors, then definitely It is directly replaced by Y2 or IY, that is, SS8550. If it is an H-bridge circuit with four transistors, use 2 Y1 (SS8050) and 2 (SS8550) directly instead, 65MG UYR ---- Use Y 1 (SS8050 IC=1.5A); UXR------ directly replace with Y2 (SS8550, IC=1.5A).
4) The failure of the steering gear is that the rocker arm can only rotate on one side and the other side does not move -----------Judgment: The steering gear motor is good, mainly check the driving part, it may burn one side of the drive The triode can be repaired according to (3).
5) After repairing the steering gear, power it on. It is found that the steering gear is stuck after turning in one direction. If the negative terminal or the terminal wire of the potentiometer is connected wrongly, the two wires of the motor can be reversed.
6) After buying a brand-new steering gear, the steering gear was trembling when it was powered on, but after using the controlled rocker arm, the steering gear was all normal ----------It indicates that the steering gear was improperly assembled at the factory or Gear accuracy is not enough. This fault usually occurs on the metal steering gear. If you don’t want to return or replace it, you can solve it by yourself: remove the steering gear back cover, separate the steering gear motor from the steering gear reduction gear, and squeeze between the gears. Add toothpaste, put on the top cover of the steering gear, and install the gearbox screw, install the steering gear rocker arm, rotate the rocker arm repeatedly by hand to grind the metal steering gear gear until the gear runs smoothly and the friction noise of the gear is reduced , After removing the steering gear from gasoline for cleaning, install the gear on the silicone oil to assemble the steering gear, and the steering gear failure can be solved.
7) There is a kind of malfunctioning steering gear that behaves strangely: the remote sensing of the shaking control, the steering gear has a normal response, but after the remote sensing of a fixed control remote sensing a certain position, the rocker arm of the malfunctioning steering gear is still running slowly, or the rocker action is dragging muddy water. , And move back and forth------------------After many repairs, the problem was found: it should be tightly stuck in the metal handle of the potentiometer in the final gear of the steering gear, and the rudder The large gear of the rocker arm (the final stage) is not tightly combined, and even slipping occurs, which causes the steering gear to be unable to correctly search for the position command issued by the control, and the feedback is inaccurate. After the combination, the fault can be eliminated. If the fault still exists after inspection and repair according to the modified method, it may also be a problem with the steering gear motor or a potentiometer, which requires comprehensive analysis and troubleshooting one by one!
8) The faulty servo keeps shaking the rudder, eliminate the radio interference, if the rocker arm is still shaking----------the potentiometer is aging, replace it, or scrap it directly, and use it as an accessory!
9) After the digital swash plate servo was installed, it was found that the servo was operating abnormally, and the speed was different. It was returned to the manufacturer. Later, after replacing it with 3, the consistency was still poor. Finally, I knew what was the reason ----- some digital servos were against BEC Requirement, after installing 5.V3A external BEC, troubleshooting has nothing to do with the quality of the steering gear.
