CWZ series pump application

CWZ pump is a single stage, single suction, end-suction marine centrifugal pump.

This series of pump has built-in self-priming device with good performance of self-priming (without additional self-priming equipment) and works as marine cooling pump, sanitary pump, fire pump, G/S(general service pump), bilge ballast pump

Applicable for transfer seawater and fresh water temperature no more than 85℃

Material

1.      pump casing/casing cover/drain cover/suction cover: bronze(sea water) or cast iron(fresh water)

2.      Impeller/wear ring: bronze,

3.       shaft, shaft sleeve and key: stainless steel

Structure

1.      Shaft seal: mechanical seal, material: SIC(silicon carbide),hard alloy and ceramics, double face mechanical seal for big power pump.

2.      Priming: built-in self-priming casing and cover, with check valve in the discharge pipe, suction head about 4-5meter

3.      Coupling: flexible coupling type, material in carbon steel, or direct coupled as optional.

4.      Bearing: motor side, two enclosed antifriction bearing, lubricated by grease; pump side, two deep groove rolling ball bearing, lubricated by oil in oil bath.

5.      Accessory: motor terminal box, lifting hooks, grease nipple, oil cup, air vent plug, drain plug, gauge connection plug and so on.
