The Main work we produce a Modern ship Model
Design
First and important step for our start to producing a ship model
After collected all information from customer we will start Pre-computer design for drawing . The whole process will take 5 working days according to complicate of the ship type will use CAD, Sketchup, 3DMAX etc.
Construction
ship model keel making ,hull producing
the keel is built from the keel assembling parts carved by the CNC machine. The hull construction truly shows the smoothness of the modern ship line. The material of the keel is ABS or plywood.
Ship hull with 3D print
hull and parts using 3D printing this process not only make more accurate lines, more realistic details, but also can greatly save costs for customers.
FPR technical
It's the key step in a ship model producing
After hull building finished it comes to the critical step, we will paste 3-layer epoxy resin (FPR)
on ABS hull, and paste epoxy resin on its surface, then knife-coat the automobile use resistant Putty, and Multiple grinding. The hull made by this process can withstand cold, high temperature and humidity and adapt to a variety of complex climates without deformation for decades, which is very suitable for the humid climate in coastal areas.
Painting
painting is the most tedious and meticulous work.
The hull needs to be polished by sandpaper with different thickness numbers for 7 times and painted for 5 times.
