Handcrafted Zheng He Ship Model

Zheng He treasure ship was the largest ship in Zheng He's fleet, the main body of zheng He's fleet, and also the flagship of zheng He's special fleet at sea. Its status in Zheng He's fleet was equivalent to that of the flagship and capital ship of the modern navy.

According to the biography of Zheng He in the History of Ming Dynasty, Zheng He fleet had a total of 62 treasure ships, the largest of which was 148 meters long and 60 meters wide, and was the largest wooden sailing ship in the world at that time.

The ship had four decks, nine masts for twelve sails, and an anchor weighing several thousand catties. It took two or three hundred men to set sail.
