Composition of CSSC seawater treatment equipment:

The equipment is a complete system composed of water supply pump, pretreatment system, high pressure pump, reverse osmosis membrane system, electric control system and instrumentation.

The equipment uses distillation and reverse osmosis to pressurize and filter seawater to produce fresh water that can be directly drinkable.

Process flow of sea water treatment equipment:

After the seawater passes through the pretreatment system, it enters the high-pressure pump. Under the action of the high-pressure pump, it flows through the roll membrane with high desalination rate. The pressure is increased by controlling the pressure regulating valve, so that part of the pure water in the seawater permeates through the membrane and enters the porous collecting pipe. The pipe flows out of the equipment, and the salt is blocked on the surface of the membrane with most of the seawater out of the equipment.

Pretreatment system:

Including water supply pumps, multi-media filters, precision filters, and security filters, it mainly treats the large particles of impurities, residual chlorine and fine particles contained in the raw water to ensure the water quality of the reverse osmosis system.

Reverse osmosis membrane system:

Including high-pressure pump, RO reverse osmosis membrane module, pressure regulating valve, cleaning tank, mainly to further process the pre-treated raw water into fresh water.

Electric control system:

Including electric control box, TDS meter, air switch, button and other controllable programmable PLC program nested integrated chip.
