Marine Cast Steel Guide Roller Fairlead

Marine roller fairlead is an important part of the ship's mooring device, cast steel is commonly used as its material. The Fairlead is used to guide the nylon rope, wire rope or mooring rope to tie the ship to the dock or buoy by the rotation of the cable guide roller during the ship's berthing at the wharf or buoy. Generally large and medium-sized ships are equipped with dozens of cable guide rollers in the mooring device, and the panama-type bulk carrier of 10,000-ton class is equipped with 40 single roller cleat fairleads, which are respectively composed of single roller cable guide, double roller, three or four roller combination arranged at the bow and stern.
