Pneumatic Marine Wiper System

This pneumatic wiper takes the pneumatic motor as a power source which can satisfy the explosion-proof demand for customers, applicable for special vessels, such as drilling platform, chemicals and oil tankers.

Pneumatic wiper feature

It takes compressed air as power source to avoid static electricity and spark, and is high explosion-proof product. The pneumatic motor works safely which will not be affected by the bad working conditions and can run under a working environment with high vibration, high temperature, electromagnetic and radiation.

•  Overload protection

It has the overload protection function. Once the overload occurs, the motor will reduce speed of stop work directly, and will restore after release from the overload, to avoid failure due to the overload.

•   High reliability

The pneumatic motor can work reliably which can run continuously for a long time under full load condition, and there will be no substantial warming. With high rotational torque, fast start-up and stop, the pneumatic motor can start with load.
