Description

River sand and gravel dredge pump is a single stage, single suction, cantilever, horizontal structure pump. The dredging pump structure is divided into two kinds of structures according to the size of pressure discharging: single and double pump casing.

WN Series Dredge Pumps can be also integrated with the gearbox that mean the pump and gear box share one common shaft. So It doesn’t need the pump bearing assembly and frame, In this way, Not only save space, but also reduce cost and breakdown ratio, Let the dredge pump give play to maximum effectiveness.

Application and feature

1. WN Sand pump mainly used for transferring the high abrasive materials which cannot be transferred because of big particles.

2. Used in dredger, sewage, mineral processing and Metal smelting slag.

3. WN pump is high head type. This model pump is single case, wide channel. High chrome material based on the wet end parts.

4. The discharge can be installed in 360 degree in any direction, easy to install and use, good cavitation performance, anti-abrasion, etc.
