Easy Install W Rubber Fender

W Type rubber fender is one of the most effective bumpers for protecting tugboats by means of absorbing excessive bumps and shocks. This type of fender is generally fastened to the stern and bow of tugs, workboats and icebreakers.

The grooves on the top of the fender provide extra grip and low pressure. The two flexible legs allow easy installation of the W fender with a large or small radius by means of guide rods. W fenders are used for protection at the bow and stern of vessels, typically together in connection with Cylindrical Tug Boat Fenders. Their large contact surfaces are ideal for low hull pressure and grooves provide additional grip. W Fenders are available with profiled and non-profiled surface.
