Horizontal pump features

2. Though the horizontal type takes up space, its high efficiency, and the power can be amplified. The accuracy of the horizontal pump needs to be adjusted after installation.
3. Ordinary horizontal pumps (not self-priming pumps) have poor self-priming ability and cannot pump out the medium at all from the tank below. The horizontal self-priming pump has many limitations. The self-priming height cannot exceed 5 meters, the medium cannot be too viscous, and the inlet cannot have air leakage. Therefore, when the above conditions can’t meet, only vertical long-shaft pumps can be selected.
Vertical pump features

1. The vertical pump is integrally connected and easy to install; the vertical long-shaft pump is troublesome to maintain and needs to be lifted every time it is repaired. Moreover, the long shaft pump needs to replace the submerged sliding bearing for a long time. If it is not replaced, the possible consequence is that the centrifugal force of the shaft will become larger and larger, resulting in a larger shaft runout value. If it is not replaced in time, it will cause a mechanical accident.
2. The vertical long-shaft pump is mostly used in the condition of installation in underground tanks that cannot be poured backwards. Or there is no space on site to make the foundation for the horizontal self-priming pump, and only the vertical long-shaft pump can be placed on the tank.
3. The vertical centrifugal pump has the same inlet and outlet diameters and is located on the same center line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. The appearance is compact and beautiful, the floor space is small, and the construction investment is low. For outdoor use.
